How does weekly planning work?
We use live market intelligence to set minimum RPM targets by lane and equipment type. Full-week strategies are planned before dispatch. Outbound and targeted backhauls are mapped to reduce deadhead miles and maximize running days (target 5-6 per week).
What are RPM floors?
RPM (Rate Per Mile) floors are minimum earnings targets we set for each lane based on real-time market data, equipment type, and season. We only book loads that meet or exceed your RPM floor. No cheap loads. Only profitable freight.
How do mapped backhauls increase revenue?
We plan targeted backhauls before your outbound load completes. This reduces deadhead miles, increases your running days per week, and maximizes your weekly revenue. Strategic planning equals consistent profitability.
What kind of freight do you specialize in?
High-demand general freight, palletized goods, food and beverage, retail and consumer products, light manufacturing, and time-sensitive shipments with strong RPMs. We focus on loads that maximize your earnings.
Can I choose my own lanes?
Yes. We review your lane preferences, home base, and RPM goals during onboarding. We prioritize your preferred lanes while maximizing profitability and reducing deadhead miles.
Home Time & Scheduling
How often can I get home?
We plan routes strategically to maximize home time while maintaining profitability. Most owner-operators get home weekly or bi-weekly depending on lane preferences and equipment type. We prioritize your schedule and family time.
Can I request time off?
Absolutely. We respect your schedule and personal commitments. Give us advance notice and we'll plan your loads around your time off. No penalties. No pressure. Your time is your time.
Do you offer local routes for daily home time?
Yes. We dispatch local non-CDL box truck drivers in Milwaukee with daily home time. Consistent routes, professional dispatch, and predictable schedules for drivers who want to be home every night.
