These Terms govern your use of the TruLoads website and services. By accessing the site or engaging our dispatch services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
TruLoads provides dispatch, negotiation, route planning, fuel-stop guidance, and related support for carriers and owner-operators. Specific services, fees, and requirements may be set out in a separate agreement or booking confirmation.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter contracts and, where applicable, hold active authority, insurance, and compliant equipment. You represent that information you provide is accurate and updated as needed.
3. Fees & Payment
Fees are disclosed in your service agreement or confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, dispatch fees apply per booked load and are due as specified in your agreement or invoice. You authorize TruLoads to invoice and receive payment according to agreed terms.
4. Carrier Responsibilities
- Safe, lawful operation and compliance with applicable regulations
- On-time pickup/delivery, professional communications, and documentation (BOL/POD)
- Maintaining required insurance and equipment standards
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not misuse the site or services, interfere with operations, submit false information, or violate any laws, regulations, or agreements with third parties.
6. No Warranties
The site and services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific rates, load availability, or outcomes. Market conditions and third-party actions affect results.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruLoads is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability relating to the services will not exceed the amounts paid to TruLoads for the services giving rise to the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold TruLoads harmless from claims arising out of your use of the services, violations of these Terms, or violations of law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the site or services for any breach or misuse. You may stop using the services at any time; any agreed notice periods in your separate agreement still apply.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Venue lies in courts located in Mississippi.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the site or services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
